The Position:
You’ll drive and execute our content strategy by unearthing, crafting, and promoting stories that engage our audiences and inspire them to take action, on topics from artificial intelligence to robotic automation. You’ll bring together subject matter experts, content producers, and content distribution channel resources to deliver experiences that connect with audiences across their buying journeys. You will assess content performance and adapt the content development plan to optimize results.

In this role, you will:
Produce high-value content
Manage and create content with creative resources and subject matter experts to support the buyer journeys aligned to business challenges and emerging topics
Track and report on deliverables and ensure that all stakeholders are held accountable
Amplify content
Collaborate with digital, social, and paid media teams to promote and share content across the appropriate channels
Assemble and communicate content to optimize usage
Develop content strategies and experiences to engage buyers at targeted accounts
Collaborate with product marketing, industry, and regional marketing teams to inform content needs
Work with the content operations team to regularly assess content performance
Make recommendations to enhance content development
Identify content requirements
Continuously improve content

The Person:

Qualifications include:
5-10 years’ experience in a content marketing, portfolio marketing, field marketing, or marketing programs role
An editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to connect with them
Excellent writing skills and understanding of appropriate asset types
Ability to partner and build relationships with thought leaders
Ability to manage market research projects with external research agencies
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in enterprise software marketing
Excellent verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to senior executives
Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels
Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Demonstrated use of SEO, digital, paid search and social media
Ability to analyze and present content and social performanceProject management skills and the ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
