As an Okta Integration/Development Contractor, you exhibit a high level of professionalism in providing excellent customer service and exercising sound judgment to provide timely resolution of problems. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of all access management controls, desktop systems, corporate applications, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of direct management experience with access support in a mid to large size Enterprise. This is a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
Access management using Okta and Okta integrations with third-party applications
Apply roles/groups to Okta using existing account infrastructure;
Understanding and adhering to security policies and corporate best practices
Solve complex issues by applying known documented solutions and processes, taking work items through to completion with minimal direct supervision
Partnering with senior members of the team to learn new skills, ask for help, and escalate as needed
Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written security policies, SOC2 procedures, and change management controls
Aptitude and ability to learn to adapt quickly to new technology and business requirements in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Required Skills:
BA/BS Degree (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of experience managing Okta
Scripting/programming experience
2-4 years of experience in an access management at a medium to large enterprise
Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups
Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills
Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
Strong research and problem solving abilities
Desired Skills:
AWS, Azure, GCP experience;
SAML, REST
G Suite Administration;
JIRA;
Security knowledge.
