Siemens Smart Infrastructure

What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:
Are you ready to support our Enterprise sales team to help Siemens grow? As a sales administrator in our Enterprise Zone you will primarily be responsible for tracking estimates, proposals and booking orders for the sales team.

Responsibilities:
Accurately obtain estimates from field sales team.
Coordinate Operations approvals.
Acts as external liaison working with clients maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
With sales, operations and project managers, completes site walk-troughs to determine specific client needs and ensure project requirements are met including safety standards.
Facilitates project closure turnover meetings between assigned sales and operations employees.
Works with booking coordinators to ensure booking accuracy.
Maintains active funnel of activity in SieSales.
Provides accurate documentation for turnover to operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma, state-recognized GED, or state recognized high school proficiency exam required
Strong organization, project management and communication skills.
Ability to keep track of multiple opportunities and ensure timely completion.
Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, Salesforce
Knowledge of Fire Alarm systems a plus
Minimal travel (10%)
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
