NYIT is currently look for a part time Research Assistant to join our NIH-funded project for analysis and extraction of RNA sequence information from pools of digital numbers (currently in excel files) collected from liquid chromatography - mass spectrometers.
Master degree in life sciences
10+ years of experience in Molecular Genetics and Sequencing;
Relevant experience in data analysis of DNA/RNA sequencing and algorithm development
Experience in nucleic acid chemistry and mass spectrometry-based sequencing is a plus
