About Operations Process Transformation
OPT drives the design and delivery of operations and process led transformations that combine our capabilities to create market differentiation. We architect and deliver initiatives that achieve rapid and sustainable performance outcomes for our clients.
In the OPT practice, we work with our clients across a broad range of industries to address key issues related to:
End to End process diagnostics
Business Process Management
Process complexity reduction
Operating Model redesign
Process ownership and governance
Continuous improvement deployment design
As a Manager, you will responsible for leading teams in our OPT practice. Working directly with senior and C-suite executives, you will provide actionable insights to the world’s top organizations, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies they can execute with speed and at scale.
Key Skills / Experience in corporate functions such as HR, IT, finance, etc.
Lean change management
Deep lean tool set expertise
Deep Kaizen experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an external consulting role at comparable level
Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Lean improvement initiatives
Preferred and Professional Qualifications:
Tier 1 strategy consulting firm experience
MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
Ability to support both client sales origination and project delivery
Ability to effectively manage and coach others
Team player; collaborative mindset
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent leadership, management, and relationship building skills
