Job Description
Supervisor provides the overall management and administration of the Service Reliability (Data Center) COMIT team and ensures an integration and planning interface to other functional areas that coordinates the organizational activities required to meet quality/safety standards of the customer and contract. The Supervisor ensures that customer requirements for IRD and EA and expectations have been accurately identified and that the organization is meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Additionally he/she will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a safety and customer focused culture within the organization. The Supervisor shall set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures and devise and establish the group's procedures, standards and specifications; set standards for quality as well as health and safety; look for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency; monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports/metrics to support COMIT J-22 Performance Standards; and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
15 year plus leader with proven skills in the management of technology as it relates to applications, database, server, and desktop support. Ability to sucessfully manage department's budget, request for proposal, negotiation of new work content, and overall funding statusing.
Ability to use common office automation tools and understanding of the JSC environment.
