Description:
We are looking for a versatile and motivated IT Specialist to provide comprehensive support across a range of devices and internally built applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multiple platforms and technologies, with a particular emphasis on supporting in-house applications built using Python and low-code platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day technical troubleshooting and support for workstations, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Support various platforms, including Windows, macOS, Chromebooks, Android devices, and Apple tablets.

Resolve user printer issues, network connectivity problems, and basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

Maintain and troubleshoot Warehouse RF Guns and other warehouse technology.

Support internally built applications, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the IT team to understand application requirements and provide user support for low-code and Python-based applications.

Manage an internal ticketing system, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of technical issues.

Build and maintain a knowledge base to assist users with common issues and solutions.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in supporting Windows, macOS, Chromebook, Android, and Apple devices.

Hands-on experience supporting internally developed applications, particularly those built with Python and low-code platforms.
