Responsibilities
Work in a fast-paced environment

Heavy typing with transcription of confidential correspondence

Coordinate calendars and arrange travel

Direct contact with corporate executives

Maintain client database and report preparation
Qualifications
Three years of administrative experience in a busy environment

Working knowledge of certain Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Typing speed of 60 wpm

Transcription experience helpful

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented

Ability to multi-task

Highly organized
