The role
--------

We are looking for a People Operations Generalist to help guide our HR policies and processes during an exciting period of growth. As the main POC for all HR related matters, you will manage the day-to-day people operations while acting as a liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. You will also be responsible for helping build and promote the culture at Revfluence and delivering the best possible experience to our team.

What you'll be working on

  • Administer core HR functions; process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations.
  • Implement and execute people programs across all stages of the employee life-cycle including onboarding, compensation, performance reviews, culture initiatives, benefits, diversity & inclusion, operations, and more
  • Acts as an advisor/coach to the business unit providing HR expertise and guidance when appropriate on HR related matters coaching, counseling, career development, resource planning, succession planning, employee relations
  • Design, implement, and maintain internal policy and processes with respect to current and forthcoming federal, state, and local regulation
  • Create and lead training programs to meet the needs of the team and define clear paths for professional development
  • Act as an advisor and main point of contact for HR policy and process guidance and compliance interpretation
  • Conduct relevant people analysis and make recommendations to leadership for process and policy improvements
  • Plant, nurture, and champion our culture, values, and mission as we scale up our new San Francisco office

What we're looking for
----------------------

  • 5+ years in a high growth or startup environment
  • Proven ability to maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on sensitivity and consistency in message delivery
  • Deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment law with an eye to regulatory trends and legislation
  • Experience partnering, building trust, and strong working relationships with managers and leaders.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness; the ability to solve complex problems independently with minimal to no guidance
