The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an expert MRSOC intelligence requirements and senior reporter manager for resources associated with the MRSOC's areas of responsibility.
The organizational location of this position is: 93 IS, Medina Regional Security Operations Center (MRSOC), Directorate of Operations, Special Intelligence Division (J36), JBSA Lackland AFB TX.
Manages resporting responsibilities to satisfy tasks on national and theater intelligence requirements
Assists in the planning and organizing of a variety of complex reporting strategies for unconventional targets.
Performs statistical analysis to identify and assess trends to make recommendations to improve reporting guidance.
Responsible to the Division Chief for overseeing the division's intelligence report totals for every coverage accounting period.
Team lead for eight civilian/miliary personnel
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

Requires a fluent understanding of the Spanish Language, both written and spoken. Required to take yearly DLPT.
This is a GG-12 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-12 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-12 level.
Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: Knowledge of analysis and reporting disciplines and methodologies is necessary, as well as the ability to evaluate format and production of comprehensive end-product and technical intelligence reports. Knowledge to understand the targets foreign language and be able to review, evaluate and correct English translations of end-products and ensure time requirements are met. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs ): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of analysis and reporting disciplines and methodologies is necessary, as well as the ability to evaluate format and production of comprehensive end-product and technical intelligence reports.
2. Knowledge to understand the targets foreign language and be able to review, evaluate and correct English translations of end-products and ensure time requirements are met.
3. Knowledge of a specific geographical area to recommend target reporting procedures and standards for the MRSOC in coordination with the Branch Chief.
4. Knowledge of computerized analytical tools and data reporting tasks to provide analytical prognostications to assist collection management in developing comprehensive target coverage.
