Job Title: Email Chat/Call Representative Customer Service
Location: Dallas/ Irving/Farmers Branch, TX area (635 & Luna)
Pay: $11.50 / hour
Schedule: 7am -12:30am (Must be able to work 8 hour shift between hours of operation after training which are 7am to 11pm)
We are looking for call center representatives to act as a liaison by providing product support to our Sports Fans regarding order status, product availability/description, and resolve any emerging questions or problems that our Sports Fans might face. Sports Fan Advocates are responsible for handling merchandise order calls, emails, and chats requiring verbal and written communications.

High School Diploma or GED
25 wpm Typing
Strong communication skills both written and verbally
6 months of customer service experience required
