Allstate Identity Protection is looking for an innovative, solutions orientated HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist is responsible for the delivery of HR services that drive a positive employee experience. This role will serve as the first point-of-contact for employees and leaders and will partner closely with the HR Director, HRBP and all lines of business to drive growth using sound HR knowledge in the execution of a wide range of HR programs and processes.
Manage the administration of all benefit programs and services to include claims resolution, change reporting, and reconciling invoices for payment.
Maintain and oversee the integrity of all HR data and serve as the team HRIS expert; including processing employee changes and all reporting.
Improve and automate existing processes to drive a better employee experience.
Manage the day-to-day operations of HR related processes including but not limited to on-boarding, hiring, compensation, training, development, and offboarding.
Own compliance processes including EEO-1 filing, OSHA record-keeping, and unemployment filings and hearings.
Manage the ADA interactive process and all FMLA/leave of absence requests; maintaining up-to-date knowledge of state and federal leave regulation changes.
Help execute key HR programs and initiatives, including annual performance reviews, open enrollment, new hire training, employee engagement surveys, career development, diversity & inclusion etc.
Serve as the first point-of-contact for inquires and provide support to help employees and leaders fully understand all HR programs including interpreting policies and processes.
Assist with employee relations counseling, investigations and exit interviewing.
Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
Special projects, as assigned.

You have experience in all aspects of HR - from performance management, training, recruiting, payroll, compensation, benefits and leave administration.

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in HR
ADP Workforce Now (HRIS)
PHR or SPHR
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
This job operates in a professional office environment or remotely from home. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
