We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager who will be responsible for collaborating with clients & internal teams throughout the project life cycle of our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) identification projects. This starts with the proposal phase when discussing scope and goes beyond the final delivery of KOL profiles to further follow-up our clients’ needs to ensure they benefit from the solution.

Become a trusted partner for our internal teams
Lead and coach other PMs/projects
Communicate with various teams (sales, proposals, research teams)
Drive and further refine the applied processes
Gather external/internal feedback to help driving the product roadmap
Prepare client meetings (e.g. kickoff and final delivery)
Follow-up on internal and external deliveries
Check and verify internal research deliveries
Update various admin tasks, like project tracking
Always representing the highest integrity in all dealings both internally and externally.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
7-10 years experience working in the life-science industry
Exposure to Key Opinion Leader programs or services
Good and proven Project Management skills, including excellent multitasking and communication skills, attention to detail, troubleshooting and working against tight deadlines
Track record of running large and complex projects (> $ 200k)
Motivate and guide the existing NorthAM team
Drive, define and expand project scopes
Build high stature in front of a client including the ability to manage client expectations in line with project scope
Availability to travel up to 25% on a need basis
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Experienced working remotely
Experienced in making project-based decisions
