Renata Well Spa, LLC, is an upscale boutique day spa opening January 2019 in The World Golf Village area. We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist with excellent people-skills, a sales and marketing focus, a passion for customer service and a high degree of organization to become part of a dynamic and focused team. Requirements:

  • Strong team player with marketing skills to add enhancement services to a client’s experience at our spa
  • Excellent customer service skills, integrity and work ethic
  • Professional manner, discretion, appearance and hygiene
  • Educate clients on benefits of overall wellness including massage, facials and infrared sauna treatments
  • Ability to perform physical duties including active walking, standing, small product re-stocking, and light cleaning
  • Candidate must be able to work flexible days and hours (might include some weekends, holidays and early evenings)
  • Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and schedule Spa appointments
  • Greet customers warmly with a smile and positive attitude
  • Explain the process of the spa experience by knowing service protocols
  • Provide hospitality to clients
  • Administer Intake Guest Profile Forms
  • Maintain and update client personal information
  • Maintain Customer Loyalty Cards & Program
  • Answer guest questions in a professional, friendly manner
  • Educate the guest about home care products and make recommendations based on the individual needs of the guest
  • Educate the guest about health benefits and make recommendations about add-on enhancements to expand their spa experience
  • Maintain work areas to be clean, orderly and sanitary
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, benefits and application
  • Make nightly appointment reminder calls
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must have good verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Must be well organized, dependable and possess good judgment skills

Must be able to pass a drug and background screening

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
