Providence area office is currently searching for an Admin Assistant to add to their team. Ideal candidates will have a bright personality and great attitude.

Responsibilities include:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in an active setting

Process incoming and outgoing correspondence

Greet and announce visitors and provide a high level of hospitality

Provide additional administrative support when needed

Maintain upkeep of the front office

Manage the front reception room

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OFFICE EXPERIENCE!

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Must have a professional phone demeanor

Excellent organizational skills
