Primary Job Duties:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of Restaurant and Bowling Lanes service, ensuring all service and product standards are exceeded.

Meets regularly with department manager to ensure service goals, training needs, and all departmental goals remain on target.

Assist in supporting all F&B departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targets.
-
Assist Restaurant Manager and HR Manager in selection, training and development of all restaurant team members to ensure timely recruitment, training, and career growth.
-
Promotes development through well planned cross training programs.
-
Assist in department schedules as initiated by the Restaurant Manager.

Assist in development of daily floor charts for Servers.
-
Ensures the implementation of standards in guest service and constantly seek ways to improve product and service as well as increase volume and profits
-
Consistent maintenance and refinement of service, bar/beverage standards through team work.
-
Collaborates with the bartenders in refinement of successful seasonal bar menu turns and drink specials as directed by Director of F&B.

Assures consistent maintenance of F&B systems and control procedures in all restaurant operations.

Assist in control of F&B, labor and operating expenses within the restaurant department.

Ensures all F&B operations meet sanitation and safety compliance for FOH.

Periodically checking TABC and Food Handler compliance.
-
Consistently offers professional, friendly and engaging service to guests and team members.

Table Touching to ensure complete Guest Satisfaction.
-
Effectively train FOH Team members in Open Table.
-
Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a manager.
-
Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance for all Team Members.
Requirements:
Physical Requirements:

Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning

Must be able to lift 40 lbs

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold temperatures
Special Requirements:

Must be proficient in menu knowledge and food service basics

Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code

Must be at least 18 years old

Obtain training certification per company policy

Must possess a valid TABC or other legal license to sell/serve alcohol per local code

1+ year Prior Guest Service Experience in Restaurant Hospitality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic devices.

Military Service Background Highly Desired.
