We are seeking technical specialists responsible for ensuring optimized outcomes for API implementation projects as part of the PULSE Network implementation team. As a member of our team, you will provide customers with consultation, testing, API technical support, implementation expertise, and ongoing post-implementation API support and troubleshooting analysis.

Successful applicant must have extensive API development and/or implementation experience. Customer-facing experience is required.

Responsibilities

Works with customers to effectively communicate the in-depth technical and operational aspects of API access to our systems and platforms
Partners with internal operational and technical teams to address API technical challenges and gaps; performs or coordinates problem solving, and works to ensure they are solved effectively, in a timely manner, and communicates effectively with the customer.
Maintains current and deep knowledge of API technology, internal production systems, applications, and specifications. Go-to resource for system and application questions and point of contact to obtain answers from technical teams.
Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Technology, or related field
6+ years of experience in Project Management, Technology, Operations, Customer Implementation.
