WHAT YOU WILL DO:

* Be the primary source of contact for clients enrolled in their debt settlement program
* Communicate clearly and confidently with clients regarding financial, debt and credit-related questions
* Maintain client information utilizing business software systems, training and tools
* Provide information, support, and counseling to clients in an upbeat professional manner
* Motivate and retain clients to complete the program to become debt free
* Ensure client satisfaction while providing world-class customer service
* Cultivate and maintain client relationships to deescalate tension and emotion

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
* 1-3 years sales/retention sales or inside account management experience required
* 1-year financial services related experience preferred
* In lieu of experience, a 4-year degree in business, marketing/sales, finance; related internship or work experience a plus
* 4-year degree in non-business major plus relevant experience in retention sales/account management in financial services environment preferred
* Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
* Ability to maintain positive attitude in a high call volume environment
* Superior analytical judgment and problem-solving demeanor
* Empathetic and consultative-style communication skills with all clients
* Ability to take the lead, display initiative, set personal goals and work independently

* Display great motivation, drive and a strong work ethic
* Proficiency with Internet and technical skills with experience using Salesforce and LiveVox preferred

Salary: $36,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
