We are a local large CPA Firm that offers our clients tax, audit, family office, and business valuation & litigation services. We are located in scenic downtown West Palm Beach, FL. CDL is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Tax team of highly motivated professionals. As a Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to experience different industries, take the lead to manage complex tax work.

We are seeking an organized, detail-orientated leader with a proven ability to teach and coach staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans and manages tax assignments and related engagements for an increasing number of clients.
Draws on and coordinates the talents of tax and other Firm personnel serving the Firm’s clients to provide quality professional services.
Understands the clients’ systems and procedures and overall business operations and industries.
Client-facing and networking to positively impact the Firm's client base.
Supervises complex taxation matters with the ability to research non-routine matters.
Develops and leads training for tax department personnel and actively participates in the supervision, training, and development of staff.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or related field.
Either hold a current and valid CPA license or working towards obtaining the license by taking and passing the Florida CPA exam.
CPA’s must be members in good standing with the AICPA.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc).
Experience with CCH ProSystems fx Tax Software.
Experience with XCM Tax Software, a plus.
Excellent written and verbal skills
