Job Description

  • Sending managers monthly performance evaluation reminders for employees due to receive an evaluation
  • Employee Self Service password resets
  • Enrolling new employees and deactivating termed employees with Intranet access
  • Uploading and removing documents on the Intranet
  • Scanning documents into employees file
  • Instructing candidates to our website to apply for jobs that email us about open positions
  • Enroll employees into benefits and make follow-up calls as needed
  • Administration for retirement plans
  • Collect benefit premiums for leaves of absences
  • Contact employees for address updates for returned mail
  • Benefits data entry
  • Reconciliation of benefit bills
  • Track refunds from medical provider
  • Provide customer service through phone calls for employees about benefits questions


  • 1-2 years minimum experience in benefits or related benefits administration
  • Effective communication skills, written and oral
  • Skills and Abilities
  • Effectively communicate with people in a potentially stressful situations
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
  • HRIS experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
