Our Boston, MA client is a global biotechnology company that researches, develops and creates medicines for people who have rare diseases. We are looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead HR and internal communications efforts around the employee experience. The AD should exude creativity as he/she provides strategic counsel to business partners across the company. The ideal candidate has experience with a wide variety of business, culture and change management communications.

Play a lead advisory role to HR, IT, Finance and Operations on their communications objectives

Leverage technology to achieve communications goals across all channels and sites, including a variety of traditional, digital and social media tactics

Manage a small high-performing team

8+ years of communications experience with strength in internal communications

Expertise with HR, business and change management communications

Superb mentoring, coaching and management skills

Developed programs geared towards employee audiences at multiple levels on a global level

Solid collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills

Self-starter

Creative-thinker who tests and measures new concepts and stays abreast of trends

Thrives in a fast-pace environment where priorities shift

Bachelor's degree

Able to live and work in the Boston area; there isn’t a telecommuting option
