Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA) is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager/ Proplsal Program Manager to join our team.
The Proposal Program Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all phases of the company’s proposal (RFP) response process. The Proposal Program Manager’s core duty is to ensure all ENA proposals are fully executed from start to finish with a focus on compliance, quality, and positive impact. The Proposal Program Manager will lead a cross-functional team performing the tasks necessary to compete for and win contract awards
Provide expertise and management for proposal preparation, review, completion, and delivery by collaborating and coordinating with assigned or appropriate subject matter experts, individuals, or departments within the company.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of professional proposal deliverables.
Manage, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance of Proposal Team direct reports.
Be the subject matter expert and administrator of the Qvidian proposal automation tool and other tools that may be used to manage the overall proposal response process.
Work with subject matter experts and the Proposal Team to develop the proposal format and template, populate the Qvidian response library with standard and customized content, and refresh content annually or on an as needed basis.
Develop reporting and analysis tools to provide insight to management and others in the organization on proposal activities and results.
Work with sales to ensure effective integration of win strategies, themes, and differentiators in proposal response.
A minimum of five years of proposal and project management experience
A minimum of five years of people management experience
General knowledge of business development and marketing operations concepts and procedures
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A proven track record for achieving high results, proactive project management and meeting deadlines.
In addition, we are looking for candidates that are highly accurate in their work paying close attention to detail and have a propensity for output excellence. Candidates must consider themselves a self-starter; with the ability to multitask and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
Candidates should be experts with the Microsoft Office Suite and Qvidian as well as be proficient in using other applications such as customer relationship management tools, graphic production tools and others as the position requires.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
