The Digital Analyst, Amazon role will be filled by an applicant dedicated to driving data accuracy through high standards, attention to detail and analytical thinking. Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are a must in the short term. As we build out processes and systems, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to business needs will be critical. The role will require flexibility to operate in a structured, fast-paced environment while having the resiliency to quickly change direction as necessary. The Digital Merchandising Associate, Amazon will require an entrepreneurial spirit in order to act in the long term best interest of building the Amazon business: asking questions, making decisions with confidence, deep diving into details, thinking big picture, and delivering exceptional results.

Data Analytics and Reporting

Manage weekly/monthly reporting for all markets and generate rolled up views of lower level business detail

Identify opportunities and propose solutions while anticipating impact to others

Build new reporting capabilities based on business insights or as advised by management

Make merchandising, imaging, and key word decisions to drive sales on the Amazon website

Run predefined system reports to support Account Executive

Based on analytical trends, recommend strategic merchandising decisions to drive business

Manage Product Data Integrity

Maintain data integrity on Amazon to ensure discoverability while aligning with brand messaging.

Work cross functionally with merchandising and marketing on necessary attributes and site updates

Update product detail pages to decrease consumer purchase barriers and promote cross-sell or up-sell opportunities

Required Experience:
BS or BA degree preferred

Amazon Vendor Central experience a plus

3-5 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, sales, or related field

Omnichannel or eCommerce analytics and merchandising experience required

Strong numeric, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge

Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels

Advanced computer skills to retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and interpret/action data

Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organizational and time-management skills
