Responsibilities:
Review the work of team members and submits to shareholders for final review
Maintain proficiency in technical ability and awareness of changes in tax law and accounting procedures
Ensure that significant transactions and account balance are properly identified, researched and resolved
Communicate with clients and maintain relationships, seeing that all client needs are met
Actively assist in developing skills of staff, seniors and supervisors
Delegate projects to supervisors and staff and monitor progress regularly
Review finance statements and comprehensive management letters
Final review of tax returns and documents for clients
Complete or direct preparation of and research for special accounting studies and analyses
Begin to make connections to increase client base for the Firm and participate in Firm activities, building a valuable network internally and externally
Manage monthly billing and collections, monitor WIP and aging for client book

Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA Required
6+ years of tax return experience, including federal returns, in public accounting
2+ years of management experience
