Project Assistants work with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to assist with facility maintenance projects from beginning to end, ensuring that all projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. A Project Assistant acts as a support role in a team-oriented environment. An understanding of the construction business is helpful, but not required.
Project Assistants need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently. The ability to motivate others and keep them on task in a positive and encouraging manner is also a must-have skill in this position.
