We are looking for an IT Data Coordinator to join our Hinton, WV location as a valuable member of our Development Team. This position reports directly to the Supervisor of Data Collections , and interacts regularly with other team members in Louisville, KY, St. Louis, MO and Hinton, W.Va.

Summary

This role is responsible for collecting data from a variety of sources accurately and quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collect data from various electronic sources
Accurately enter data into spreadsheets or systems
Work collaboratively with the team and with other teams in the organization

Qualifications

Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills, a teamwork-centric style, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational skills.
Great understanding of grammar, punctuation, and medical terminology.
Good research skills
Good listening skills to ensure every word is accurately transcribed

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or higher education
Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
