Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Job Location: McAllen, Texas (Work from Home)

Job Status: Permanent

Job Pay: $14.00-$17.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Insignia SEO is looking for a remote Receptionist to assist us with our daily basis in McAllen, Texas. This position will assist with a variety of administrative and clerical activities.

As a receptionist, you will be the point of contact for our agency in Houston and will support the organization with a variety of tasks like phone calls, chat module activity, and even some content writing.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners’ itineraries
  • Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face
  • Prepare bills and take payments
  • Deal with special requests from Clients
  • Deal with concerns or questions
  • Enter Customer Data in our CRM
  • Handle Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence Mail and Email

Requirements:

  • Prior Secretary, Assistant, or Administrative Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Multi-Tasker
  • Professional with Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Great Time Management Skills
  • Able to Contribute Proactively and be a Part of the Team, even being Remote
