EXECUTIVE OFFICE MANAGER

Powerhouse is looking for an organized, energetic and polished corporate-level EXECUTIVE OFFICE MANAGER. Powerhouse is growing quickly and expanding our footprint across the United States. You will be immediately immersed into the fast-paced and ever changing world of providing mission critical products and services to a large variety of customers. We are a family company and we need each employee to work autonomously and blaze your own path.
This position supports the Executive Team and contributes to the strategic growth goals of the business. This position reports directly to the CEO/President.
Salaried Position. $72,000 - $96,000. Extensive Benefits package; family medical, dental and vision. 401(k) with match. Profit Sharing. Bonus eligibility. Flex-time and other programs that encourage a work-life balance.
Experience working directly with high-level management and executives. Ability to work autonomously and report progress to management. Exceptional communication skills. Bring energy to the team. Sensitivity and understanding of confidential and proprietary company information. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and interact autonomously with both internal and external partners.
EDUCATION: B.S./B.A. in business, operations management, communications or alike
EXPERIENCE: Minimum five (5) years with executive-level administration
TECHNOLOGY: Advanced computer user. NetSuite ERP, Office 365, cloud-based filing, PDF
QUALITIES: Highly organized, exceptional communication skills, positive and energetic, works easily amongst all job classes, not just a planner, but an executor.
