We have an exciting opportunity for Print/Catalog Graphic Designer to join our HOLE team. Our engaging and professional environment offers the support and resources employees need to exceed. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the Print and Catalog Graphic Designer will collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional marketing collateral and ensure that the McNICHOLS brand standards are communicated effectively. This role will lead catalog design and production as well as all print graphic design for external marketing communications, including tradeshow graphics, print advertisements, sales support material and more.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the company’s marketing goals and efforts
Conceptualize, create and execute printed publications adhering to McNICHOLS brand guidelines
Accurately prepare creative files and materials for printing and ensure the print quality of all collateral pieces are of the highest standard
Own print portion of the marketing calendar and provide project status reports at regularly scheduled checkpoints with manager
Stay up-to-date on key technology, marketing, and industry trends
Other related marketing and design tasks as needed

Qualifications / Ideal candidate profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or relevant college degree
5-8 years graphic design experience at an agency, design firm or corporate in-house marketing department with heavy focus in print catalog production
5-8 years experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver)
Strong technical and creative writing skills combined with proofing, editing and grammar
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail, communication, and a positive attitude that is enthusiastic about our mission of serving our customers
An ability to handle constructive criticism
A willingness to work in a small but growing team environment
Portfolio or link to electronic samples of design work required for consideration
