We are looking for Motor Coach CDL driver focused on Safety and Customer Service.
RedCoach is a Luxury Transportation Company using Volvo 9700 carrying less passengers with seat configuration of 38 and 27 only, targeting high end customers.
The ideal candidate should be able to perform driving in a safety manners as well assist Customers for board and de-board, load and unload luggage, report any incident or accident.
Minimum of 3 years CDL license with "P" endorsement.
A pre-employment drug and alcohol test will be perform for each candidate as well background check.
Be able to use ELD as DOT compliance.
We are offering a new hire bonus that have no missing shift and minimum 80% safety score from our ELD Samsara reports, as follow:
1) $150.00 after 6 months of continuous employment
2) $300.00 after 1 year of continuous employment
3) $250.00 referral of employee who stay in the position for minimum 6 months
