**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. As the highest-ranking server in the restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the dining area, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves the restaurant feeling valued and satisfied.
- Manage the dining area, including coordinating the seating of guests, expediting food service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Supervise and support the server team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed, and that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the restaurant's menu and promotions, and make recommendations to guests accordingly.
- Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to plan and execute events and promotions.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Head Server or in a related role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent guest services and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
