As the Houston headquarters-based Inside Sales Manager for Flow-Tek, a division of Bray International, your mission will be to ultimately ensure that each order placed by our outside sales team and distributor network is fulfilled accurately, on-time, and with appropriate profitability for Bray.
Your previous inside sales management experience for an industrial product organization, plus a technical background, will give you the necessary foundation to quickly learn the nuances of our business and the technical capabilities of our product lines. A proven track record of product pricing and cost analysis to optimize revenue flow and profitability will be key when developing annual price lists, contract negotiation, and project-based price quotes. Our distributors are the key to our success at Bray, so we will rely upon your history of building and maintaining mutually beneficial professional relationships when acting as an escalated resource for resolving complaints or exception scenarios.
Your experience continually increasing the performance of an inside sales team, with a focus on improved accuracy and efficiency, through training, policy creation, process improvement, direct oversight and approval processes, will be critical to your success.
