Client Overview:
Liveops is looking for caring, dedicated professionals to work as Independent Contractors assisting retail customers on behalf of our client. As a Retail Customer Service Agent, you will assist customers that have questions regarding their order.

Opportunity Details

The Certification class will begin, Monday, September 10th, 2018.


  • Take inbound calls and assist customers with placing an order, checking on the status of their order, returning an order and other services related to their order
  • Navigate and process information within the online order entry system
  • Promote a positive brand image

Earning Potential

This opportunity pays for time spent talking on the phone and assisting customers. The talk-time rate is $0.31 per minute equivalent of $18.60/hour.

  • Minimal of 20 hours per week = $316 [1]
  • Minimal of 30 hours per week = $474 [1]
  • Minimal of 35 hours per week = $553 [1]

[1] Actual earnings may vary depending on call volume, number of calls taken, and other factors. Independent contractors are responsible for expenses and control their profit and loss.

Available Hours

  • Days: Saturday & Sunday – minimum 8 hours
  • This Program requires Independent Agents to self-schedule and commit to be available for 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday. You can work up to 25 hours per week if desired.
  • Calls for this client are available from Saturday & Sunday 5AM-12AM CST
  • Independent Contractors make their own schedule by self-scheduling to make calls in 30-minute blocks
  • This client requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week

  • You have experience as a retail sales or customer service professional
  • Experience managing a heavy flow of incoming calls

Application and Certification Process

Interested agents should apply online. If your application is accepted, you will be invited to become an independent contractor with Liveops This invitation is contingent upon you signing Statement of Work, ordering and passing a background and credit check, and completing all certification requirements.

The certification class will begin, Monday, September 10th, 2018. Certification will take approximately 3 weeks. You will be required to complete 6 hours per day, 5 days a week for the duration of the 3-week Certification. This certification is a combination of self-paced eLearning courses and live virtual classroom learning sessions conducted via conference call. During this time your business must adhere to the certification schedule and attend all required virtual classroom learning sessions.
