Role and Responsibilities
A qualified candidate will possess the following:

Implement Individualized Treatment Plan as written and directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Implement Behavior Intervention Plan as written and directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Daily data collection reporting
Assist in all Activities of Daily Living (including feeding, toileting, hygiene, etc)
Keep records of daily therapy sessions through objective session notes All behavior therapists are required to travel and work in client home, clinic, and/or school on a daily basis.
A valid driver's license and auto insurance
Must be able to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings
Evening and morning availability
Experience in the ABA field is a plus, but not required as we provide extensive training to all employees.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must have High School Diploma and preferably enrolled in an undergraduate program.
Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred
High level of technical writing skills
Professional communication skills
Experience working with children and teens with developmental disabilities
Experience working with children and teens with severe challenging behavior
Experience in Precision Teaching and using Standard Celeration Charts
High level of enthusiasm and energy
Reliable and punctual
