Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering telephones in a professional manner
  • Interacting with customers and vendors both verbally, via telephone, email and in person
  • Clerical duties such as filing, scanning and copying
  • Initiating and processing work orders.
  • General office duties

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: work, excel, power point
  • Experience with email correspondence
  • Must be able to type at least 30 wpm
  • Accounting / Bookkeeping experience
  • Quickbooks experience
  • Willingness to cross train to advance within the company
