The Senior Digital Project Manager works closely with the Project Management team in all facets of digital project lifecycles including strategy, user experience architecture, design and implementation. They must have a solid understanding of existing and emerging digital technologies and multimedia capabilities. They must have demonstrated experience overseeing mid-large scale digital projects and have prior client-facing experience. They work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations. You will manage and mentor Project Managers in digital best practices, and production workflow. This role requires an ability to communicate strongly and effectively with internal and client teams to drive decisions and next steps.

Work directly with client teams to understand the overall business objectives and strategies and how each digital project interrelate with each other
Manage multiple digital projects for multiple clients
Manage complex and vendor-dependent projects
Balance and manage scope, time, cost, process, risk and quality
Cast assignments and engage the appropriate resources throughout the project lifecycle to promote a high performing and effective team
Manage client and partner relationships from inception to launch by conducting regular calls, monitoring and escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback, making modifications to deliverables
Manage third party vendors or offshore partners as necessary in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates
Ensure that all projects meet accepted best practices in usability and web site design and support agency developed branding and strategic initiatives
Establish and enforce a streamlined workflow and process with Craft Boston leads
Identify and mitigate any issues that can delay or increase costs of a project
Work to educate the Project Management team on best practices in producing digital assets
Natural resourcefulness to problem solve on own
Manage onboarding new team members for process and procedures
Identify areas of optimization in process and project-related reports (status, financial)
Performs other duties as assigned
Fulfills the role of Project Manager in project-related processes

6+ years’ experience in digital production, experience managing complex technical projects
Experience building a variety of web sites, platforms and applications
Must have strong experience managing email and ad unit development
Experience building project & resource plans
Experience managing project financials
Strong web technologies experience (Agile, Scrum)
Experience building mobile apps (iOS/Android) or social apps (Facebook, etc.)
PMI or other project management certification required
Light HTML familiarity and/or graphic design experience a plus
Highly computer-literate with practical experience utilizing project management tools
Experience organizing and planning new business pitches
An undergraduate degree and approximately 5-7 years of successful performance in a similar role in a similar environment
