Position primarily responsible for operating large commercial grounds equipment and landscaping equipment in the upkeep of school system sites and facilities. Candidate needs to possess the necessary skills and experience to operate: road grader, four wheel drive shovel loader, back hoe, wood chipper, large trucks, snow blades, tractors, commercial lawn mowers, spraying equipment, dump trucks and snow blowers. Desire experience in at least one of the following fields: chain link fence installation; irrigation installation and maintenance; Commercial playground structure installation, maintenance and inspection. Require a CDL, with a driving history that conforms to the District driving policy. This position is subject to call beyond the reqular work day or week. Desire one to two years experience in the operation of heavy equipment.
