The Executive Office Assistant will perform confidential and routine administrative tasks to support the agency's administrative directors, which include corresponding via e-mail and phone calls; proactively anticipating daily activity requirements; and contributing to overall administrative support duties that lead to the success of going projects, along with projecting future needs. This position will also be responsible for all interactions with the Board of Directors, coordinating meetings, prepare packets for Board meetings and create and maintain minutes.
Requirements:
High school diploma is required; Associate degree is preferred
At least (2) years of experience as an administrative assistant in a similar setting
Proficiency with computers and relevant software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), along with audio/visual equipment and social media
Professional communication style and courteous demeanor
Ability to multi-task and assess/respond to a variety of non-routine tasks in a dynamic work environment, while working independently and as part of a team
Strong problem solving, judgement, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
