Job Duties:
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL IMAGING DEVICE REPAIR
Please do not apply unless you have experience with GE X-ray systems & GE/Hologic Mammo Systems. The interview process will require to speak about these systems at a technical level.
Candidate must be located near Conyers or the Atlanta area.
Summary/ Objectives
Qualified candidates will have experience of working on GE X-ray & GE & Hologic Mammography machines. Should possess high level trouble shooting skills and the ability to communicate with the customer while solving their issue.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in the repair of diagnostic imaging equipment specific to X-ray & mammography
- Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure, time-sensitive, customer environments
- Perform Scheduled preventative maintenance that includes calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
- Accurately document all service activities in accordance with Quality Standards.
- Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment
- Submitting field service reports in a timely manner.
Supervisory Responsibility
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role
Work Environment
This job will be performed in both the field and warehouse locations.
Work Schedule
Primarily Monday thru Friday normal business hours occasional evening and weekends.
Physical Demands
Frequently stand, walk, lift up to 75 Lbs., to use hands and reach with hands and arms.

Travel
This position requires frequent and regular travel as needed to service the technical needs of customers. The individual in this position must be willing to travel and drive distances to get to a variety of sites within a 4-hour radius. Some travel and assignments will require flying and overnight stays.
