Job Summary: Assists with the daily operation of the Accounting Department. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recording and reconciling daily cash receipts for retail cafeterias, recording invoices, and accepting accounting charges, and other additional assignments as needed.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Identify variances and research causes.
Assist in monthly close process including processing transfer journal entries.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Associate or Bachelor Degree in business or accounting.
0-2 years’ experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
Comfortable with computer and accounting software.
Proficiency in Micosoft Excel and Microsoft office.
NO SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES.
