New Hope of Arizona, Inc. is located in Phoenix, Arizona however employees are able to work around their area of choice. We are currently hiring in Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and San Tan Valley for Mentors/Behavior Coaches. Common Behavioral Diagnosis
Challenging Home Environments.
Services the DSP provides include:
Behavior Coaching: Focuses on Aggressive Behaviors, Identifies Triggers, Peer Interaction, etc.
Mentoring: Focuses on Educational Goals, Career Advice, Health, Self-Care, etc.
Respite: Focuses on Independent Living Skills (ILS) and Positive Peer Interaction.
Therapeutic Group Home: Focuses on Family Reunification, ILS, Aggressive Behaviors, etc.
The following are requirements for the DSP Position:
Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Negative Tb Test Result (within past year).
Certification in First Aid & CPR (Must include: Adult, Child & Infant).
Valid Driver License.
Current Auto Insurance.
Thirty-Nine (39) Month Driving Record (Uncertified).
Proof of Education.
Social Security Card or Valid Passport.
