Coordinate and lead a team for the achievement of the following activities:
Develop global Franchise strategy based on market trends and consumer insights
Drive execution, overseeing global brand planning, and collaborating with Commercial Operations for regional and local adaptation and execution.
Define the Target Product Portfolio and the management of the in-line portfolio for the Franchise
Responsible for the roll-out of strategy for new and in line Franchise products
Oversee the business liaison with all other functions (Commercial Operations, Innovation/R&D, Operations, Business Development, etc) for franchise-related topics in collaboration with Innovation Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing the Franchise Master Plan for the next years to deliver the 2025 ambition optimizing sales, market share and revenue growth for the Franchise.
Define key strategic initiatives to successfully implement target portfolio, incl. Must Wins
Identify organizational gaps to meet the target portfolio requirements e.g., resources, investments, capabilities etc.
Align and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders e.g., PHC Innovation team, R&D, BD, Ops, GCO, other Business Segments for implementation, with the support from the pipeline manager for discovery, research & early development
Communicate and align BU strategy and priorities with regions / local
Develop global guidance on brands / portfolio planning
Develop global brand / marketing plan including pricing guidance, life cycle management and key strategic initiatives
Review brand plans in core countries together with the regions
Develop global marketing deliverables to be implemented at regional / local level (e.g. global marketing campaigns, brand books, branding workshops, etc. )
Support regions/local marketing teams with specific marketing expertise
Define technical strategy in cooperation with the Technical team
Business owner: Translate strategic goals into global sales & performance targets with recommendations for short, mid and long term.
Lead Annual Review Cycle - forecast Franchise sales across in-line and pipeline and monitor to ensure brand contributions are in line with corporate expectations.
Provide target setting recommendation for the in-line portfolio, track performance KPIs
Define mid and long term forecasts based on overall BU strategy and key priorities
Meet financial targets for the Franchise including net sales and market share.
Ensure continuous review of product and market performance, competitive intelligence, consumer insights and conduct market research to identify key growth opportunities and hurdles facing the brands;
Regular tracking of market situations and trends with definition of target product profiles e.g., competitive activities, technology evolutions and emerging key needs
Map current capabilities and evaluate gaps e.g., resources, skills, tech, etc.
Define the segments and geographies on where to play (e.g., Technologies, Devices, Services, etc.) based on growth, profitability etc.
Chair/lead cross-functional teams involving Marketing, Technical, Market Research, Regulatory, Commercial Operations and Legal to accomplish the goals:
Actively soliciting team expertise and input in the development and execution of target portfolio, accounting for all type of needs of our customers/consumers defining brand and technical strategies.
Ensure department is staffed with qualified and highly motivated personnel. Effectively administer salary and reward programs. Guide all disciplinary action including terminations. Recognize, coach and develop personnel performance for increased responsibility. Develop actionable MAG plans, provide regular feedback, and conduct timely MAG Plan reviews. Identify performance challenges, create action plans and monitor the effectiveness of these action plans.
Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g.. EEO, FDA, OSHA etc.) and Company policies and procedures. When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to main BIVI’s excellent reputation within the community.
Conduct job in a collaborative manner with PHC GCO and key countries.
Bachelor of Business (Commerce, Marketing) from an accredited institution and/or Science or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (preferred) and/or MBA from an accredited institution strongly preferred.
Greater than ten (>10) years’ experience in operational / strategic marketing, business operations and project management support to senior mgt. (e.g. OTC HC, FMCG, Animal / Human HC).
Proven experience in technology scouting, innovation management, LCM, NPD
Proven P&L management / growth experience.
Strong business knowledge.
Proven capacity to influence and effectively work with external organizations, KOLs and cross-functional departments.
Strategic thinking & effective business application with customer focus.
Lead strategy to execution guidelines. Comfortable with managing decisions in a complex and changing environment.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
Excellent data analysis, interpretation and presentation skills.
Excellent writing & speaking in English.
A strong personal drive, sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, timeline aware and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Advanced project management skills.
Strong service provision, influencer and teamwork approach.
Ability to work with different cultures.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
