Broadcast Production Coordinator - Award Manager

Are you a someone who loves tying together a production? Someone who can prepare the different aspects of a creative vision before bringing them all together in execution? Do you want to work with an innovative and collaborative team with an aptitude for thinking outside the box?

We at Ayzenberg are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator for our Broadcast Group. You’ll serve as administrative and office support to your team, managing and directing interdepartmental requests for resources. In addition, you’ll help producers with travel plans, coordination of live-action shoots and music, footage and graphics licensing.

  • Assist with preparation, drafts and/or circulation of client-facing materials: agendas, call notes, research projects, calendars, budgets etc. to keep internal team and client informed of status on a task or project
  • Create purchase orders and submit invoices for projects and [a] contracted freelance hires
  • Back up finished projects on servers and ensure approved folder structure/protocol is maintained
  • Serve as an administrative and office support to Broadcast
  • Run Broadcast weekly sync
  • Help manage and direct interdepartmental requests for Broadcast resources
  • Work with accounting to ensure payroll issues are resolved
  • Help producers with music, footage and graphics licensing
  • Support editors and finishing Producer in Post- Production (video transcription, ensuring finishing producer has delivery specs and resources, uploads, backing up to servers, and creating links)
  • Run game capture schedule
  • Support live action shoots with Producers Support location scouting and casting processes with Producers
  • Backup projects on servers and ensure folder structure is maintained
  • Distribute completed [a] Broadcast work to internal teams, [a] social networks
  • Coordinate production of [a] case study videos by working with internal [a] account, creative and broadcast teams
  • Coordinate production of [a] case study copy by working with internal [a] account, creative and broadcast teams and share on [a].com
  • Write, curate and submit entries for award submissions throughout the year
  • Manage Wiredrive library and galleries of finished work
Preferred Position Requirements:
  • 1—2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Degree in Film Production
  • Experience in production or post-production industry
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and self-starter
