Assist and coordinate activities between project managers, sales, field staff and customers to ensure successful project implementation, execution and close out, utilizing iManage software.
Maintain technician schedule and assist in scheduling and coordinating activities, including those for sub-contractors. Support and coordinate all procurement activities to ensure delivery times are met.
Support project managers by providing administrative assistance with change orders, coordinate RMAs, paperwork and data entry, customer courtesy, follow up and survey phone calls, permits, etc.
Help improve and develop processes to improve customer interaction and project delivery. Pull reports, such as Contract Status, Project Overview and WIP (work in progress) and help manage the DSO Scorecard
Skills Strong telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong Microsoft Suite skills and ability to adapt to and comprehend new software as it relates to project management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously for three to four project managers.
