LifePoint Health has an opportunity for a Temporary Clinical Recruiter
This position is based in Brentwood, TN, with an option for Remote work.
Clinical Recruiter, serves as a partner to the Facility HRD and other leadership team members, and is responsible for ensuring objectivity, compliance, consistency and fairness for candidates and employees while supporting the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the company.
The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for developing (with the HRBP and local facility leadership) staffing and recruiting programs for all clinical positions.
These programs are focused on materially improving facility quality scores, patient experience, productivity, culture and financial performance by improving their ability to recruit, retain and develop the right clinical staff and leadership, at the right levels, time and place.
The Clinical Recruiter will report directly to the HSC Human Resource Business Partner.
Recruiting Programs: Works with the respective facility to develop a recruiting strategy that includes identifying by geographic area the best channels for obtaining clinical talent. Manages and directs all core recruiting activities within the respective channels, including position control. Ensures that recruiting and compensation structures are consistent across the region.
Nursing / Clinical Program Alliances: Spearheads the development of additional regional relationships with various Nursing Programs so that LifePoint is the employer of choice for all graduates. This includes the development of internships and tuition reimbursement programs, along with the introduction of continuing education programs for faculty members.
Staffing Programs: Based on traditional demand measures and analytics, guides the development of regional staffing pools that enable LifePoint to address unexpected turnover and surges in demand more effectively. These efforts are focused on the most critical clinical areas where there is a sufficient ability to forecast demand and staffing pool demands.
Employee Retention (Career Progression and Continuing Education): Supports the local HRD and facility leadership in developing comprehensive and cohesive retention programs that are consistent across the region and that significantly reduce unwanted turnover.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
3-5 years of health care recruitment experience
Working knowledge of federal and state employment law
Ability to communicate with employees at all levels (both verbal and written communication skills)
Good computer skills including experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; ability to develop spreadsheets and reports to analyze market staffing needs
