We are hiring administrative assistants in your area. Seeking a polished, confident and detail oriented Personal/Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant will be comfortable working to provide both personal and business support, depending on the needs at the time. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Handle and coordinate active calendars.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
Complete a variety of errands for executive team.
Completes special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, and making adjustments to plans as instructed.
An active approach to problem-solving is essential.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Discretion and Trustworthiness
Tact and Diplomacy Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask is a must.
Must be able to work in a fast past environment.
Must have at least 1 year of experience with excel.
Must have at least 2 years of experience with multi-line telephone system.
We are looking for someone who can work Wednesday through Sunday from 9am -5pm.
