As a Senior Recruiter you will be a vital member of our Talent Team supporting the overall growth of Weedmaps. You will own and recruit across our organization to further develop your skills as a recruiter. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a master at organization, loves tackling projects, and wants to grow with our team.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, to offer negotiation and closing for engineering and product roles
  • Weekly meetings with hiring teams to ensure consistent feedback loop throughout the hiring process
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice while being able to think proactively
  • Learn the ins and outs of Weedmaps recruiting process and take on more complex responsibilities over time
  • Interview preparation for candidates and hiring team
  • Collect, analyze, and ultimately deliver feedback and action items to improve the overall hiring process at Weedmaps
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, product management, and product design roles
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
  • Self motivated, detail-oriented problem solver

  • Mix of internal and agency experience
  • Experience working with start-ups as clients or high growth environments
