Position Summary:
This position is one of the first touch-points that our customers and potential prospects will have with the Sitecore brand. This role requires an energetic, organized, and motivated individual to research and understand the marketplace as well as how Sitecore can help organizations enhance their digital experience. As a Sales Development Representative you will gain experience interacting with customers of all levels across a variety of industries. You will work closely with our Account Executives to hunt new business within specific territories.

Part of this unique opportunity includes attending our Sitecore Academy. This is a program that is focused on enabling future all-star sellers within our organization. This is a multi-step training program that begins with a class-room style bootcamp and continues to various on-the-job training. The program consists of 3 phases: each which gives more responsibility and earning potential. The program culminates after 18 months with graduation and the potential for promotion within Sitecore.

Effectively manage campaigns
Work with sales organization to help schedule meetings
Partner with sales team to build quality pipeline
Stay engaged with and nurture your deals
Gain in-depth knowledge of customers, industry, Sitecore products
Job Qualifications

Comfortable making cold calls
Typically 0-5 years relevant work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort in metrics-driven organization (including number of calls made per day)
Ability to analyze industry trends and craft relevant messaging
