B2B Inside Sales Manager – Part Time with Bonus and Incentives

The primary responsibility for this position is to manage a demand generation program setting leads for our Professional Sales team. You will hire, manage and train paid college interns and work with them to set new initial appointments. Our firm markets to targeted Business-to-Business commercial and industrial building owners and managers within our Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky markets. Appointments are the gateway to acquiring new facilities services accounts. You will receive training in, and in turn train interns in specialized sales generation toolsets. This position will set leads and manage activity and maintain call data information in a CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics), Marketing data collection and webhosting software in HubSpot, and coordinating demand generation marketing campaigns. You ll be responsible for continuous improvement in call script development, sourcing of leads, and training of new college Coop hires each semester. This part-time position consists of 20 hours worked per week during regular office hours. The schedule may be modified based upon call patterns and success ratios.

Sales and consultative selling experience
Demonstrated phone presentation skills and experience
Successful track record setting B2B appointments for clients
Success in identifying and reaching c-level decision makers
Sales supervisory and training experience
Motivated, persistent and naturally persuasive. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to connect and communicate with building owners, facility mangers and decision makers.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM database programs.
Knowledge of the commercial buildings and facilities is a plus but not required knowledge.
Drug Free and able to pass criminal background check
