We are on a bold mission to offer a new model to how we provide home internet and connect the things you care about in your home built around our industry-leading millimeter wave technology and our deep focus on customer experience. We are an early-stage Blackstone-backed spinoff of Vivint Smart Home that has developed a new mesh wireless technology that enables us to quickly enter new markets and offer internet speeds up to 1Gbps with fiber grade capacity across large suburban areas. We know that most people aren’t happy with their home internet service today but haven’t really had many choices for broadband either. We aim to change that, quickly.

As a growth-stage spinoff of the multi-billion dollar Smart Home business, we combine a depth of capabilities and resources of our parent company with the ambition, culture and agility of a Series B startup. Our multinational team, comprised of veterans of Clearwire, Google, Sprint and Rise, is dual headquartered in two of the hottest tech centers in Santa Clara, CA and Lehi, UT.
What excites you about this role:
Respond to and resolve alarms including, event and incident management with a focus on improving network availability through process and change management.
Analyze network trends and emphasize initial fault analysis and troubleshooting based on impact and priority
Add and configure new devices, and assign IP addresses
Communicate network status frequently both verbally, and through writing.
Work proactively on multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines
Document processes and work flows that allow for interactive communication and team work.
What excites us about you:
At least 2 years of computer networking experience
Able to stay organized and meet deadlines in an often-changing environment
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Able to read and follow company processes and use critical thinking skills to improve them
Knowledge of radio frequency fundamentals
Call Center experience a plus
